The Soul’s Transition Package is a compassionate offering created to support those nearing the end of life, and the loved ones surrounding them. This session provides a calm, loving space for peace, release, and gentle soul support during this sacred transition. It is intended as a spiritual service and does not replace medical, palliative, or professional care. Offered at a special, reduced rate as an act of compassion during a deeply tender time. Consent by the patient is required and this can be done in person when able too or over Zoom or Phone call.
